I want custom worlds for every country it is sold in (or at least some of them)

It would be nice to have some fixed cities, common to every version of The Sims 5, but some worlds inspired by real cities like Rome for Italy (it's my country), Paris for France, Barcelona for Spain, London for UK and so on (initially only available in that specific country, but downloadable. And maybe with new specific features with some expansion packs, like left or right driven cars (I absolutely crave for fully usable cars like in The Sims 2), specific kind of food and different behaviour and habits of sims.

And why not a (little) layer of customization for cities (on top of open world or open neighborhood of course), not only in terms of lots.
