SimsPulse 0 Posted September 18, 2024 It was confirmed that project rene isn’t sims 5 in the blog post the sims team posted. They said they weren’t looking to make a game to replace the sims 4 and instead are expanding on the sims 4 more because of the time and money invested by all players. this means that there is not a confirmed sims 5 in the works. Project rene is a separate sims game that sounds like it’s focusing on the multiplayer aspect, im assuming they are trying to remake the infamous “The Sims Online”.
