That's bad news. It means that after 4 years since they started working on it, they're only 25% done with it. TS5 could come out in four to five years in the future because the production phase normally takes 50% of the time needed to create a game. Then there's another 25% for post production. So don't expect to see leaks anytime soon. link to article.
