expectations for expansion packs?

i saw this in r/thesims and was curious about what you guys think every expansion pack should include in the sims 5. just general things that you think would make it worth being an expansion pack.

some of the things i think should be included:

  • new careers. i liked how in the sims 1 you'd always get new career options. i know that careers are just rabbit holes and they could easily be added in the base game, but it'd be fun to see new fun careers just for an additional touch.
  • an extensive b/b. i want the b/b to focus on a single build style instead of multiple ones. for example, in discover university, we had a modern and traditional b/b for the two universities, therefore we kind of lacked enough b/b for an individual style. simply focus on one style. also, windows, doors and curtains that fit every wall height.
  • new townies. i obviously want to see old iconic townies return, but i'd love if they added new townies that are quirky and have a bigger "spotlight" on them. for example, in cottage living we got agnes crumplebottom.
  • new traits. at least 3 new traits in every pack that in some way correlate to the pack / can change how your sims reacts to the gameplay in the pack.
  • one major gameplay feature + 2 minor gameplay features (at least). here's an example:
    in a vacation pack...
    major gameplay feature: vacationing in different worlds with unique things to do in them.
    minor gameplay features: manage a hotel + go to a carnival with multiple ride-able rides.
  • one quirky item. for example, in the sims: livin' large we got the heart bed. in the sims: hot date we got the heart hot tub. in the sims: superstar we got the skydiving machine thing. (can you tell i love the sims 1?). just an item that makes you go: "...huuuuuuh?"

what would you guys add? and do you disagree with me on some of these things? i know i didn't mention anything about worlds and lots, but personally i don't want new worlds with every single pack. i want at least 2 big worlds in the base game, and then new big worlds in ep's where it's necessary. (for example a new dense city in a pack like nightlife, or a big farm world in a pack like pets).
