Suggest: Community Project is in base TS5

One of the ideas I like about The Sims 4 is how many expansions want to introduce different events in the game. And although I like the events, it sucks that events sticked to maps. So let me introduce my suggestion: Community Project.

Community Project is a feature in Eco Lifestyle, where you can pitch the event you want to happen in town. Using this feature to group all potential events released in DLCs.

• Each map still have preset community event, with 25% of a random event.
• Playable Sims use Charisma to persuade townies to choose that event for the next weekend.
• Good thing: Gameplay! A bit challenge for players but in return able to control the town. Sounds more like a Mayor than the game ever allow to be.
• Good thing: Keep the map vibe while give players suprise by the rare chance of random events.
• Good thing: DLC events can happen in all map. Farmer Fair in city, or Gaming Convention in countryside.
• The concept of community karen. She would love if you pick her choice of event. Pick her choice and she will be friendly to you.

Some ideas I hope is in the base game: * The market event in City Living. * Dating day in TS3 Seasons. * Sport day with so many sports equipment. * Community garden: For the week, everyone share their plant here. Free food to sell in Rags to Riches gameplay.

With Seasons, maybe some days are preset with holiday events. Or maybe if player dont persuade anyone, the holiday event will be picked.
