Nude Female Replacement Skin (Sophie Howard's nipples)

I got Game5ive.com's nude skin from here... It was OK, but I fancied having a go at improving it slightly. What better improvement than using Sophie Howard's nipples? I also change the erm, "downstairs area" (downstairea?) as well so it's a bit less huge. I don't know the source chick's name, just a photo off the webz. I should point out I've never made a Sims mod before, so this is his .package file, all I did was change the DDS's in it. Perhaps if I make another skin, I'll learn how to make my own packages.
